OnMyScreen ("we", "our", or "us") operates the OnMyScreen mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture through Google Sign-In.
User Content: Photos, images, and text content you share with your matched partner within the app.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens for delivering notifications.
Usage Data: App interaction data such as match activity and content sharing timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To match you with other users and enable content sharing between matched partners.
To send push notifications about new content from your partner.
To process in-app purchases and manage premium subscriptions via RevenueCat.
To improve and maintain the app.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat: For subscription and purchase management. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Firebase Cloud Messaging: For push notifications. Subject to Firebase's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Uploaded images and content are stored on our servers and are only accessible to you and your matched partner. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your shared content is only visible to your matched partner. We may share data only in the following cases:

To comply with legal obligations or law enforcement requests.
To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and shared content will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access and download your personal data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Opt out of push notifications through your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

OnMyScreen is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy within the app or via email.
